Surajkund Fair is a kaleidoscope of cultural hues, real music, folk dance shows, spectacular art and craft, all blended amazingly with joy de-vivre. The Government of Haryana and Surajkund Mela Authority collaborate with Union Ministries of Textile, Tourisms, Culture and External Affairs to organize this grand event which longs for 15 days. Telangana has been chosen as the Theme State for the 30th Surajkund International Craft Mela 2016. The fair is a sheer treat to visit as it is a tremendous platform to exhibit the abundance and multiplicity of handlooms, Indian fabric, pottery and handlooms. It invites all the foodies by offering them an extensive assortment of traditional food cuisines, covering the tempting aroma and flavor of every district and state of India. Talents from all over the India and around 20 other countries come together to participate in this Mela in order to display their talent and cultural practices.
